**Support Plan is for users with an activated Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS).
**If you do not have an AMS you require Basic/Priority or Secure Assist Plan which include the AMS.
Knowledge-base
Clear step by step articles of AVDI procedures from a user perspective. Articles available in multiple languages.
AVDI Forums
The premier forum for AVDI professionals just got better. Added functionality, enhanced search capability and integration into the overall support solution.
Basic Ticket Submission
Simple yet powerful ticketing system which allows files and videos to be added to tickets for quick resolution. Support desk manned by top AVDI professionals and fully integrated with the Abritus 72 development team. Basic Tickets are responded to after Priority Tickets are dealt with, average response time is 1-2 business days.
